During the Bubonic Plague, doctors wore these bird-like masks to avoid becoming sick. They would fill the beaks with spices and rose petals, so they wouldn’t have to smell the rotting bodies.
A theory during the Bubonic Plague was that the plague was caused by evil spirits. To scare the spirits away, the masks were intentionally designed to be creepy.

I could not agree more with Kory on this.
My economic situation for the past 10 years has been on life support, and if it was not for the fact that I got an education I would either be in jail or dead. Denying access to education is how the ruling classes kept the poor down for centuries…and that is why they are trying to take it away again.
And also why they want to censor our most egalitarian source of information, that being the internet.
